Privacy policy describes the way of collecting and processing personal data through the website


Data Controller – A subject determining the purposes and means of personal data processing.

Personal Data – All information about an identified or identifiable natural person by one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

User – any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more of its services or functionalities.

Data Processor – a subject processing data on behalf of the controller.

Data Recipient – a person to whom personal data are disclosed in connection with the activities of the controller.

The Controller collects information such as: e-mail address and information collected by programs for statistics and improving website operations (system logs, information about the browser, mobile device)

The Controller processes personal data in order to send the newsletter pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a and b GDPR (provision of the newsletter service based on the User’s consent).

The Controller processes personal data in order to answer Users’ inquiries and remarks pursuant to 6 section 1 letter f GDPR on the basis of legitimate interest

The Controller processes user information for statistical purposes. The information may be classified as personal data. The Controller collects information for statistical purposes and to improve the operation of the website on the basis of legitimate interest, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR

The newsletter contains marketing content. Providing data in the newsletter subscription form is voluntary, but necessary to send you the newsletter.

The user may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This is possible by clicking on the link in the message or contacting our Data Protection Officer.

The user’s personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, the user unsubscribes from the newsletter or expresses an objection.

If the processing of personal data may be associated with claims by either party, personal data will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims expires.

The data subject shall have the right to

– access and rectify personal data;
– delete the data (Article 17 of the GDPR);
– restrict processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);
– data portability – including if personal data is processed on the basis of consent (Article 20 of the GDPR);
– withdraw the consent (if your data is processed on the basis of consent) at any time;
object to the processing of  personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Controller and to object to the processing of personal data for any marketing purposes.

The data subject shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, that is the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office: Office of the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Withdrawal of consent to data processing does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was carried out on the basis of the user’s consent before its withdrawal.

Personal data shall be shared with the entities providing services for the Controllerin particular such as IT systems and services providers, hosting provicder, legal and audit services providers.


The website uses cookies. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and obtains access to them is the Hosting Operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes: creating statistics that help understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content; The Website uses two basic types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

The Controller use third-party providers such as Google and Facebook which may transfer of data to third countries. The Controller use Google Adwords and Meta Pixel in statistic purposes. The entities  are responsible for analyzing traffic on the website, operation of the Facebook social network plug-in and the Facebook fanpage activity.  Google and Meta are external entities that have their own privacy policies.
